Toney Chang has over 20 years of Enterprise Software, application and system consultancy experiences. He is currently the founding director of Bechelon Consulting Limited & CoreMinder Consulting Limited, which is established in 2003 and 2006 respectively.
Prior to CoreMinder and Bechelon, Toney worked for SSA Global Ltd as the Enterprise Solution Director of South China and was a System Engineer at IBM.
Toney holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York.
